Certified Laughter Yoga Leader at Dr. Kataria School of Laughter Yoga
2010
Laughter Yoga was developed by an Indian physician, Dr. Kataria, in 1995. It combines laughter exercises (not jokes) with yogic breathing (and incorporates some stretching and meditation). It focuses on fun, eye contact, and "childlike playfulness" to elicit laughter. It is based on scientific fact that the body cannot tell the difference between fake and real laughter--so one can enjoy the benefits of laughter, even if you have to "fake it 'til you make it!"
Having experienced the benefits of Laughter Yoga first hand, I am very excited to now be certified to lead others in Laughter Yoga!
Advisory Board Member at Yorganic Chef

Yorganic Chef offers premium ready-to-eat organic meals that are delivered direct to health-conscious consumers at home; meals that people would cook themselves if they had more time or otherwise better culinary skills.
Yorganic Chef's primary customers are people who want to improve their quality of life by eating wholesome portion- and calorie-controlled meals, including: health- and
